Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9” x 13” pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium sized sauce pan, melt the butter until browned.
Remove from the heat and cool for a few minutes, then scrape the butter into a large, heat proof mixing bowl.
Whisk in both sugars and mix until combined. Stir in the vanilla – then add the eggs and the egg yolks, beating until fully combined.
Fold in the flour and salt. Fold in the chocolate candies and chocolate chunks. Scrape the batter into the 9” x 13” pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are firm.
Let the blondies sit for 1 hour or until firm to serve. Enjoy!
