Spinach Artichoke Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Frozen Spinach Artichoke Dip
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 8 oz Pasta (of your choice)
  • 1 oz Parmesan (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • In an oven safe dish (about 8 x 8"), add in your tomatoes so that they're spread evenly. Add the seasonings and the first ounce of olive oil and mix.
  • Place the frozen spinach artichoke dip in the center and add the rest of the olive oil. Cook this in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 350°.
  • While the tomato mixture is cooking, cook your pasta according to the package directions until nearly fully cooked.
  • Once the tomatoes and dip are done cooking, add in your pasta and mix everything together! Top with parmesan if you like!
