Method
- Diced your cucumber, red onion and tomato. Add to a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the crumbled feta on top of the veggies.
- In a separate smaller boql, to create the dressing - mix together olive, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano. Whisk the dressing until combined.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables in a large serving bowl. Toss to combine and serve with your choice of protein!
