In a cup, mix together the almond milk and protein powder. I like to use a hand held frother for this step. You can also use a shaker bottle.
In a small bowl, add the oats. Pour the almond milk and protein powder into the oats. Add one shot of the espresso and stir to combine.
Melt the white chocolate.
To make the tiramisu cream, mix together the greek yogurt, melted white chocolate, and remaining espresso shot.
Spoon this white chocolate espresso cream over the oats.
Cover well and refrigerate overnight.
Dust with cocoa powder in the morning and enjoy!
