High Protein Tiramisu Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 shots espresso divided
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp white chocolate
- 1/3 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
- cocoa powder for serving
Instructions
- In a cup, mix together the almond milk and protein powder. I like to use a hand held frother for this step. You can also use a shaker bottle.
- In a small bowl, add the oats. Pour the almond milk and protein powder into the oats. Add one shot of the espresso and stir to combine.
- Melt the white chocolate.
- To make the tiramisu cream, mix together the greek yogurt, melted white chocolate, and remaining espresso shot.
- Spoon this white chocolate espresso cream over the oats.
- Cover well and refrigerate overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder in the morning and enjoy!
