In a medium pot, cook your pasta according to the package directions.
In a medium pan on medium low heat, add your butter and let it melt. Then add your garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Once fragrant, add your heavy cream, parmesan, and cream cheese. Let this simmer together for 3-4 minutes or until fully combined.
Add your seasonings at this point and stir to fully combine. Grab that ¼ cup of pasta water before draining your noodles and add it into the sauce!
Drain your noodles and toss them into your sauce. Let this all come together and enjoy! I love topping with parsley to add the final touch!
