Corn Flake Wreaths Recipe- A Festive Holiday Treat

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 1/2 cups marshmallows
  • 5 cups corn flakes
  • 3-5 drops green food coloring
  • 3 mini red hots for each wreath

Method
 

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt your butter.
  2. Add in the marshmallows and stir until fully melted and combined with the butter.
  3. Add in the drops of green food coloring until your mixture becomes your desired shade of green.
  4. Add in the corn flakes and gently fold into the marshmallow mixture until fully coated.
  5. PRO TIP: Spray your hands with cooking spray before shaping the wreaths.
  6. Scoop out a 3-4 tbsp sized dollop of corn flake mixture, roughly roll into a log, and combine the edges forming a wreath.
  7. Place 3 mini red hots in a triangle at the top of the wreath to make the holly berries.
