Crispy Parmesan Potatoes are currently breaking the internet, and for good reason! These delicious potatoes are going to be your new favorite way to eat potatoes!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 small potatoes russets or gold
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the potatoes in half.
  • Using a sharp knife, carefully score the inside of the potato surface.
  • In a baking dish, pour the melted butter, parmesan cheese, and seasonings into the bottom. Stir to combine and spread the paste evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Add in the potato halves, with the inside of the potato facing down in the parmesan paste.
  • Bake at 415° for 25 minutes.
