Tangerine Creamsicles

Tangerine Creamsicle

Last year, I made a tangerine smoothie that is my all-time favorite smoothie, so this year I decided to make something similar but in popsicle form! These tangerine creamsicles are SO easy to make, super delicious, and a great treat for summer. I used these cute Popsicle Molds and they worked so well!

Popsicles are one of my favorite summer treats and creamsicles are even better, so these are the perfect sweet treat to serve on a hot summer day.

Ingredients for these Tangerine Creamsicles

This recipe is pretty flexible, so feel free to make some adjustments! I love the Tangerine Juice at Trader Joe’s so I prefer using that, but orange juice will work just as well. You could also substitute normal cream for the coconut cream, but I like the coconut cream for smoothies because I prefer the texture it gives and I like the subtle coconut flavor!

Do I need to store these overnight?

I would highly recommend leaving these to freeze and set overnight, but if you can’t, they should stay in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. The longer the better for these!

Tag me if you give these a try and let me know what you think!

Total Time 5 minutes
Servings: 6 creamsicles
Course: Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tangerine Juice
  • 1 Banana
  • cup Coconut Cream

Method

  1. Take your ingredients and put them in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Carefully pour your blended mixture into the popsicle molds. Freeze them overnight. Be sure to keep them on a level surface so they don't spill before they're frozen.
  3. Remove the creamsicles from the molds by running the molds under warm water for 15-20 seconds. This should help loosen them up.
