Ingredients
Sugar Cookie Bar
- 1/2 cup salted butter room temperature
- 1 tbsp cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg room temperature
- 1 egg yolk room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2- 1 tsp light pink gel food coloring
- sprinkles if desired
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.

- Add in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and almond extract.
