Method
- Cut the rind off of your cold brie.
- Cut the brie into small cubes and allow to come to room temperature.
- Add the room temperature brie to a stand mixer using the paddle attachment.
- Whip the brie for 10 minutes until lightly fluffy.
- Spread onto a serving plate and drizzle with honey, add fresh rosemary, and blackberries.
- Serve with toasted baguette and crackers.
