Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter peanut butter with added sugar is recommend
  • 1/2 cup square pretzels
  • 1/4 cup thick caramel sauce jarred
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup peanut halves
  • 2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, melt 1/2 cups of the milk chocolate chips in 30 second increments stirring in between until fully melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the parchment lined baking dish and spread to create a thin, even layer over the bottom.
  • Arrange the pretzels evenly over the melted chocolate.
  • Melt the peanut butter for 30 seconds and pour over the pretzels spreading evenly.
  • Spread the caramel sauce over the pretzels (you may need to microwave your sauce for 30 seconds depending on how thick it is).
  • Sprinkle the sea salt and peanut halves on top.
  • Transfer this to the freezer for 10 minutes to set. This will make it easier to cut.
  • While this sets, melt the remaining 2 cups of milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between until fully melted.
  • Cut the bars into 12 equal rectangles and coat in melted milk chocolate, letting the excess drip off before allowing to set on a parchment lined baking sheet. (To speed up the setting process, put back in the freezer!)
