Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, melt 1/2 cups of the milk chocolate chips in 30 second increments stirring in between until fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into the parchment lined baking dish and spread to create a thin, even layer over the bottom.
Arrange the pretzels evenly over the melted chocolate.
Melt the peanut butter for 30 seconds and pour over the pretzels spreading evenly.
Spread the caramel sauce over the pretzels (you may need to microwave your sauce for 30 seconds depending on how thick it is).
Sprinkle the sea salt and peanut halves on top.
Transfer this to the freezer for 10 minutes to set. This will make it easier to cut.
While this sets, melt the remaining 2 cups of milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between until fully melted.
Cut the bars into 12 equal rectangles and coat in melted milk chocolate, letting the excess drip off before allowing to set on a parchment lined baking sheet. (To speed up the setting process, put back in the freezer!)
Enjoy!
