Ingredients

  • 1 pack ramen noodles
  • 1 frozen chicken breast
  • 1 egg hard boiled
  • 3 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1-3 tsps chili oil crunch depending on what spice level you want
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsps soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 tsps Zoup! Chicken bone broth concentrate
  • 3 cups water

Method

  1. Cook the chicken and ramen noodles according to package instructions. Slice the chicken and set aside.
  2. Hard boil your egg to your desired level of jammy. 6-11 minutes, I like mine on the softer side.
  3. In a pot over medium heat add the chili oil crunch, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, Zoup! chicken bone broth concentrate, and water
  4. Whisk together until well combined and bring the heat up to medium high for 1-2 minutes until hot.
  5. In a ramen bowl, add the noodles, broth, and top with the sliced chicken, egg, and chopped green onions. Finish with a generous sprinkling of sesame seeds and enjoy!
