Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add in the beaten eggs, milk, and butter. Do not over mix.
- Pour in the blueberries and carefully stir.
- Add muffin liners to a muffin tin and scoop the muffin batter evenly into each muffin tin filling each one all of the way to the top. Sprinkle the tops of each muffin with sugar.
- Reduce the oven heat to 400 and bake for 25 minutes until the muffins are golden brown on top.
