In a shallow baking dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla bean paste, and pumpkin pie spice.
Using a bread knife, slice the loaf of bread into about 8 slices.
Dunk each side of each slice of the bread into the french toast batter.
In a buttered pan over medium heat, cook each side of the french toast for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form (about 3-4 minutes)
Gently fold in the molasses until streaks form.
Plate the french toast with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice. Serve warm!
