To make the pie crust, melt the butter and add in the marshmallows stirring until well combined and melted.
Pour in the Rice Krispie Cereal and carefully fold in until completely coated.
Add this mixture into the outside rim of a pie dish or round baking dish, and press the rice krispies to the outer perimeter.
To make the pie filling, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Once combined, add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted. Then add the orange food coloring until you reach the desired color.
Add in the rice krispies cereal and fold until combined and well coated. Add this pumpkin pie filling to the center of the pie dish, pressing down until combined with the edges of the crust.
Let the rice krispie pie fully cool before slicing and serving.
