Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the drained canned chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix this well, smashing any large chunks of chicken until everything is well combined.
Turn this mixture over onto the prepared baking sheet, shape into a circle, and press flat to form your pizza crust.
Bake for 40 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together half of the bagged Caesar salad.
Once the pizza crust is fully cooked, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Top the pizza crust with the caesar salad, shaved parmesan, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes if desired. Slice into 4 equal pieces and serve!
