Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Add the oats to the blender and blend until it turns into a fine powder.
Cream together the butter and both types of sugar using a stand mixer.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
Add in the flour, oats, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until just combined.
Add in the grated hershey bar, chocolate chips, and nuts. Mix.
Roll the dough into 3 tbsp size balls. Place on a non stick baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until tops of the cookies are golden brown.
