Ingredients
  

  • 1 package squiggly noodles
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili crunch oil
  • 2-4 tbsp water
  • optional: chives cilantro, sesame seeds for topping

Method
 

  1. Prepare the squiggle noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, rice wine vinegar, and chili oil crunch until combined. Add 1 tbsp of water at a time until the sauce is the thickness you desire.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to combine. Top with chives, cilantro, and sesame seeds and enjoy!
