Course: Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats I use the Trader Joe's Rolled Oats with Ancient grains
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4-3/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries blueberries, blackberries, and raspeberries (any type will work, this is just what I use!)
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter melted

Method

  1. Cook your oats in the microwave according to package instructions.
  2. Add in the protein powder and greek yogurt to the cooked oats, stirring to completely combine.
  3. Stir in the frozen berries until slightly thawed (they will continue to thaw as you stir and the juice from the berries will mix into the chocolate oats. YUM!)
  4. Melt your peanut butter in the microwave. Drizzle the melted peanut butter on top and enjoy!
