- Preheat oven to 370 degrees.
- In a 9x13 baking dish, arrange the frozen hashbrowns side by side to cover the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the layer of hashbrowns.
- With the remaining frozen hashbrowns, create another layer over the cheese.
- Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrowns.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 60 minutes and serve!
