Ingredients
  

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
  • 16 Frozen Hashbrown Patties

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 370 degrees.
  2. In a 9x13 baking dish, arrange the frozen hashbrowns side by side to cover the bottom of the dish.
  3. Sprinkle half the cheese over the layer of hashbrowns.
  4. With the remaining frozen hashbrowns, create another layer over the cheese.
  5. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrowns.
  7. Top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes and serve!
