Defrost the rolls according to package instructions. If using Rhodes, I defrost for about 1 hour before adding the cream cheese.
Cut your cream cheese into 10 cubes.
Stretch out each ball of dough placing the cream cheese cube in the center. Wrap the dough around the cream cheese pressing the edges tightly so no cream cheese comes out while they bake.
Add the everything bagel seasoning to a small bowl and roll each bagel bite completely until it is completely covered in seasoning.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before eating.
