- In a food processor, add the onions, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, kosher salt and cilantro and pulse until fully smooth.
- In a crockpot, add the cubed chicken, onion garlic sauce from the food processor, tomato sauce, butter, and coconut cream and stir to combine.
- Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low. Serve over a bed of rice with naan and top with fresh cilantro!
