Roughly chop your dragon fruit chips. Save these for later.
In a medium pan on medium heat, melt your butter.
Once melted, add in your mashmallows. Drop your heat slightly and cook this mixture until the marshmallows are fully melted.
Once fully melted, add in 2 tablespoons of condensed milk. Stir this in thoroughly.
Pour in the Rice Krispy cereal and mix well.
Grease a baking pan and pour in your mixture. Top with the leftover dragon fruit chips and condensed milk. Eat these fresh or let them sit for an hour to help them take shape. Enjoy!
