Crispy potstickers are a delicious and unique recipe that's perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bag frozen postickers
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Over medium heat, add the olive oil to the pan. Arrange your frozen potstickers in a circle with them almost touching in the center. Allow these to cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Create your slurry by mixing the water, flour, and corn starch.
  3. Pour the slurry around your potstickers and cover and steam for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the cover and pan fry on medium heat until the liquid has evaporated.
  5. Carefully remove your potstickers by bringing your plate all of the way to the pan and turning the potstickers over onto the plate.
  6. Create a dipping sauce with chili crunch and soy sauce and enjoy!
