  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup parmesan grated
  • 1/4 cup butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice each brussels sprouts in half, place in a blow, and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper tossing to combine.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread the parmesan paste on a a baking dish and arrange the brussels sprout halves face down in the parmesan paste, pressing down to ensure they stick.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Let the pan sit and cool for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to harden before serving.
