Method
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Slice each brussels sprouts in half, place in a blow, and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper tossing to combine.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the grated parmesan cheese.
- Spread the parmesan paste on a a baking dish and arrange the brussels sprout halves face down in the parmesan paste, pressing down to ensure they stick.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Let the pan sit and cool for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to harden before serving.
