Dice your onion and mince your garlic.
On medium heat, sautee your onion and garlic in the olive oil. Cook until fragrant (2-3 minutes).
While this cooks, in a separate pot, boil your water and cook the pasta according to the instructions.
Add in the hot pepper sauce and let this cook for about a minute. Then add in your cream (I like to measure this with my heart!).
To make this pasta even creamier, I like to add the parmesan here. Once that begins to thicken up, add hte spinach and let this cook down.
Once cooked down, add the pasta water and cook this in for about a minute. Add in the cooked pasta and enjoy! I like to add chicken to this meal but give it a try with the protein of your choice!
