Ingredients

  • 1 16oz Can Biscuits
  • 12 oz Brie
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 5 sprigs Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Open up your can of biscuits and cut each individual biscuit into fourths. Shape each fourth into a circular shape.
  3. Slice the brie into little cubes.
  4. Place 1 cube of brie into the center of one of the fourths of the biscuit dough. Wrap the dough around the brie forming a tight dough ball. Continue this step until dough and brie has run out.
  5. Spray your loaf pan.
  6. Add a layer of dough filled brie balls to the bottom of the loaf pan. Add a layer of dollops of cranberry sauce over the brie dough. Sprinkle in a few pieces of rosemary.
  7. Continue layering until the pan is almost full.
  8. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown. If the top is getting too brown, cover with foil for the last 10-15 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool. Turn over loaf pan over a serving plate revealing the final appetizer. Brush the melted butter on top and garnish with extra rosemary.
