Cookie Dough Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips, chopped
  • ½ cup Cookie Dough I rolled my cookie dough into little balls.
  • tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

  1. Line a medium sized loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Chop up your chocolate chips and roll your cookie dough into small balls. I did mine at about ⅓ inch sized balls.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened, condensed milk, cookie dough, chocolate chips, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Mix the heavy whipping cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks are formed. Slowly fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and let this freeze overnight. Top with extra cookie dough if desired.
