Ingredients
  

  • 1 8oz Brie Round
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the top rind off of the brie round.
  3. Bake the brie on a parchment lined baking sheet for 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the top of the brie with the sugar.
  5. Using a blow torch, torch the sugar until Brûléed and caramelized.
  6. Serve with bread and delicious holiday crackers.
