Method
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 350 degrees.
- Cut the top rind off of the brie round.
- Bake the brie on a parchment lined baking sheet for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle the top of the brie with the sugar.
- Using a blow torch, torch the sugar until Brûléed and caramelized.
- Serve with bread and delicious holiday crackers.
