Boil your pasta according to the box instructions. Drain and set aside.
Wash and chop the basil and tomatoes. Cube the brie and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, add the pasta, basil, tomatoes, and brie.
Drizzle the olive oil mixture on top and toss to fully combine.
You can serve immediately or cover tightly and transfer to the fridge. Note: This pasta salad gets more delicious and flavorful after it sits covered in the fridge for a few hours.
