Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions.
Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal size squares.
In a greased muffin tin, place each puff pastry square into the muffin hole crimping the sides of the puff pastry.
Place a dollop of fig jam into each puff pastry.
Cut the brie into 4 equal sized cubes.
Place a brie cube into each puff pastry.
Add a sprinkle of chopped walnuts and chopped rosemary on top of the brie.
Beat the egg and water and brush to edges of the puff pastry with the egg wash.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm or at room temperature. You can also microwave these for 30 seconds to quickly reheat if bringing to a party.
