Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ripe Mangoes
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lime juices

Method
 

  1. Slice the mangoes and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Scoop the frozen mango into a food processor and add the honey and lime juice. Pulse until smooth and creamy. You can eat your sorbet right away!
  3. Optional: scoop the mango sorbet into a bowl or shallow dish and freeze for an additional hour for an even more frozen treat.
