Preheat your oven to 450°.
Using pizza dough of your choosing, divide it in half. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each half into 2 equal size pizza rounds.
In a lightly greased cast iron skillet (or a lightly greased baking skillet), place one of your pizza rounds down. Add your mozzarella slices covering the whole surface of the dough.
Next, sprinkle on your parmesan cheese. Top with the provolone slices.
Cover the second pizza dough round on top, pressing the edges to seal the cheese inside.
Thinly slice your onions, and spread them evenly over the top of the pizza. Sprinkle on your oregano and lightly drizzle on the olive oil.
Bake this in your oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
