In a bowl, add self rising flour and Greek yogurt, stirring to combine until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead using your hands until a ball forms. Be careful not to over knead or your bagels may come out tough.
Separate the dough into fourths.
Roll each fourth into a ball, flatten it, and cut a small hole in the center.
Lightly beat your egg in a small bowl and brush the egg over the tops of the bagels.
Add your toppings of choice on top of your bagels before transferring to the air fryer. I did an everything bagel, a parmesan bagel, and a a salt bagel!
Air fry at 390 for 8-10 minutes. Allow the bagels to cool before adding cream cheese or butter. Enjoy!
