Method
- Follow the puff pastry instructions for thawing.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, add the honey in 1 tbsp dollops evening spread out over the parchment paper. Add the cranberry sauce on top of each honey dollop.
- Score one side of the mini brie and place score side down on top of the honey and cranberry.
- Cut the puff pasty into 4 equal sized circles. Make sure the circles are larger than the mini brie.
- Place the puff pastry over the brie hugging it around the edges.
- Use a fork to press down the edges of the puff pastry around the brie.
- Beat the egg with the water and brush the egg wash over the puff pastry.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Top with a drizzle of honey and rosemary.
