Ingredients
- 1 8oz Brie round
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Kahlúa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cups pecans roughly chopped
Instructions
- Add brown sugar and Kahlúa to a pan and simmer on medium heat until mixture starts to thicken and bubble. This takes about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
- Add in roughly chopped pecans and stir together.
- Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract stirring to combine.
- Place the brie on a microwave save serving plate or dish and pour this mixture over the brie round.
- Microwave the brie with the brown sugar Kahlúa topping for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until it is melted through and serve with french bread, crackers, and fruit.
