Golden Graham S’mores Bars

Golden Graham Smores bars

S’mores are my all time favorite summer dessert! But, if you’re like me and don’t have easy access to a bon fire when the S’more craving hits, these Golden Graham S’mores Bars are absolutely amazing and hit the spot. The golden grahams have just the right amount of sweet honey and taste just like graham crackers. Pair that with ooey, gooey, melty marshmallows and rich and creamy milk chocolate and it’s the flavors of a s’mores in an easy to eat bar.

Adding extra mini marshmallows to this recipe is a MUST! If you want your bars to look just as good as they taste, save some mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces to tuck into the top of these bars. I personally love seeing the extra marshmallows and chocolate on top! I get excited for each bite!

S’MORE BAR PRO TIP:

To give these a deeper and richer taste to them to resemble an actual fire roasted marshmallow, brown your butter by melting the butter for an additional 4 minutes. Your butter will change colors from a pale yellow, to a deep golden brown when ready.

These are a delicious movie night treat! If you’re as obsessed with s’mores as me, make these Golden Graham S’more bars ASAP!

HOW TO STORE GOLDEN GRAHAM S’MORES BARS :

These bars are great to make ahead of time and are easy to transport to your summer BBQ or party. Store them in your fridge before cutting them into squares. You can also wrap them individually in plastic wrap to pack for a school snack.
