Looking for the perfect summer appetizer dip? This delicious, fresh “cowboy caviar” is the perfect appetizer to serve at a barbeque or get together with friends!
You can use pretty much anything you have in your fridge, but this is my version and one of my favorites for summertime!
This dip has been getting very popular on TikTok and for good reason! It’s a great summertime dip and is so beautiful. It’s also very easy to put together and can be altered for whatever is available and however many people are going to eat it.
Speaking of, if you do use this exact recipe, be prepared to share! It is a lot and is definitely best served to a group of people!
Ingredients for Cowboy Caviar
Here is what you’ll need to make this cowboy caviar:
- Bell Peppers (I like to make mine as colorful as possible)
- Red Onion
- Jalapenos
- Cilantro
- Corn
- White Wine Vinegar
- Taco Seasoning
- Lime Juice
- Sugar & Salt
- Black Beans
- Pinto Beans
I’ve also seen mango and avocado added to this dip and think these would be great additions!

- This one is an easy one! Chop up all of your ingredients, combine them in a large bowl, and serve with your favorite chip! I love pairing this with the Elote Corn Dippers!
