Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken or Turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup green onion minced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red curry sauce I used the trader joe's one

Method
 

  1. Spray your air fryer basket with a little cooking spray and preheat to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients mixing to combine.
  3. Scoop out 3 tbsp sized balls.
  4. Add the meatballs to the air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes flipping halfway.
  5. Serve with zoodles dressed in red curry sauce and enjoy!
