Ingredients
  

  • 5 gold medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • seasonings if desired
  • 4 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • chives for topping if desired

  1. Bring a pot of 5 cups water to a boil.
  2. Wash, peel, and chop your potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
  3. Boil for 20 minutes until fork tender.
