Autumn Pumpkin Spice French Toast with Homemade Molasses Whipped Cream

Fall is finally in the air, the leaves are starting to change, and itโ€™s time for all the delicious, comforting fall recipes! This fall pumpkin spice french toast is the perfect fall breakfast to whip up for your family or brunch with the girls. Itโ€™s packed full of delicious fall flavors like cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

While homemade whipped cream may sound intimidating, it is really quite easy to whip up! It instantly levels up any dish, and I promise you will never go back to store bought whipped cream after making it homemade. Homemade whipped cream is so fresh, creamy, and perfectly sweet. I like to save some of the extra homemade molasses whipped cream to put on top of my coffee the next morning. Itโ€™s just like a Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew but with molasses cream that tastes like gingerbread!

If you happen to have any leftovers (I doubt you will because of how delicious this french toast is), store the french toast in an air tight container for 2-3 days after making it.

The molasses whipped cream can be stored in a glass jar for 3-4 days after making it. Stir a big dollop into your morning coffee for a delicious fall coffee treat!
