Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 peaches sliced
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp water

Instructions
 

  • Thaw your puff pastry according to the box instructions.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, drizzle the tablespoons of honey into 4 rectangles spread out.
  • Slice the peach and arrange 4-5 slices over each rectangle of honey.
  • Cut the puff pastry sheet into fourths.
  • Place the puff pastry squares over the honey peach slices pressing down firmly around the peaches underneath, tucking them in almost.
  • Beat the egg with the water and brush the egg wash over the tops of the puff pastry.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Once cooled, turnover the pastries and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
