Caramelized Honey Peach Turnover Pastry

1 sheet puff pastry 2 peaches sliced 4 tbsp honey 1 egg 1 tsp water
Thaw your puff pastry according to the box instructions.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, drizzle the tablespoons of honey into 4 rectangles spread out.
Slice the peach and arrange 4-5 slices over each rectangle of honey.
Cut the puff pastry sheet into fourths.
Place the puff pastry squares over the honey peach slices pressing down firmly around the peaches underneath, tucking them in almost.
Beat the egg with the water and brush the egg wash over the tops of the puff pastry.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Once cooled, turnover the pastries and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
