My new favorite springtime smoothie is definitely this Brown Sugar Latte Smoothie. This delicious breakfast drink is the perfect kickstart in the morning that combines your coffee and smoothie into 1 easy drink!
Brown Sugar Latte Smoothie
If you’re anything like me, you are a huge smoothie lover (I pretty much only like to drink my breakfast) and this brown sugar latte smoothie has been my go to since I discovered the new Brown Sugar creamer at TJ’s. This smoothie is sweet, has a kick of caffeine and full of the nutrients that help me start my day!
Ingredients for Brown Sugar Latte Smoothie
This brown sugar latte smoothie is SO easy to whip up and only requires a few ingredients to make! If you haven’t tried the Brown Sugar creamer, I highly recommend picking some up if it’s still available! I also sometimes will use espresso instead of the coffee here, but it’s totally up to you!
Here is all you need:
- Frozen Banana
- Frozen Coffee/Espresso Cubes
- Brown Sugar Oat Creamer
- Milk of your choice
- Protein Powder
I love adding the protein powder to this Brown Sugar Latte Smoothie to help me reach my protein goals for the day! I also like to use almond milk but it’s totally up to you! Give this one a try and let me know what you think!

Method
- Make sure to have frozen bananas and coffee ready in your freezer. I like to add the coffee to cute shaped little molds the night before.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less liquid depending on the consistency that you want.
